    El seleccionado se encargará, bajo la supervisión del director técnico, de prototipar escenarios y personajes en 2D y su posterior modelado en 3D de alta resolución, así como crear la retopología lowpoly.

    Perfil
    Concept artist con experiencia demostrable (3 años) conocimientos en perspectiva, iluminación y anatomía.

    Experto en modelado 3d orgánico \ inorgánico con ZBrush y Autodesk Maya o software similar, (5 años)
    Inglés alto
    Conocimiento en Unity 3d (1 año de experiencia).

    Se valorará:
    Conocimientos en softwares de edición 3d como Autodesk Softimage, Substance Painter and designer
    Adobe Illustrator

    You will work in Malaga at our development studio.

    Requisitos mínimos:
    -Experience in project management and bug tracking tools like Jira, Hansoft, Basecamp, and Remine.

    Experienced in working with agile frameworks and regression testing.

    Recommending, maintaining, and tracking software relevant to development needs.

    Tho rouge and extremely product based.

    Comfortable communicating with team members across development disciplines (art, production, programming, design, audio, etc).

    Passion for technology and videogames.

    Responsabilidades:
    -Execute test cases (manual and automated).

    Create logs to document testing phases, defects and quality of the product.

    Report bugs and errors to development teams.

    Collaborate for develooping effective QA strategies and test plans.

    Help troubleshoot issues.

    Conduct pre and mensaje reléase testing.
    -Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle.

    -1+ years of experience in managing gaming projects
    -Experience on definition of user stories and working with project management tools as Jira, Hansoft, etc
    -Advanced knowledge of modern project management methods and tools and knowhow of when and how to Apply them
    -Able to solve complex production problems efficiently with a track-record of doing so already
    -A true-born team player who can successfully work across teams, time zones and technologies
    -Superb communication, coordination and diplomacy skills

    -At least 6+ years of professional experience as a Lead Technical Artist.

    At least one professional commercial product shipped
    -Proficient in using Python, Mel, 3DSMax and any other 3d software packages.

    Experienced in any of the follow: Rigging, VFX, Physics simulation, Lighting, Shaders creation, content optimization, modelling, animation and UI tools.

    Experience in Unity a plus.

    Experience in Houdini is a plus.

    Understanding of a projects visual style and a passion to push it to the next level.

    Mentor technical artists by providing training, guidance, and feedback.

    Forecast studio short and long term technical art department development needs.

    Help production team with tasks break down, prioritization and assignment among the technical art team.

    Maintain visibility of progress and where areas of production need assistance.

    Assist the head of studio in technical art related recruitment, technical artistsevaluation and job description definitions.

    Train and educate non-technical staff as needed.

    Explore new technologies on the given platforms to achieve best possible visual and performance results.

    Software and engine evaluation.

    Ensure excellent cross departmental communication within the Singapore studio and other Virtually Live studios.

    Travel occasionally to other studios, conferences and client offices or wherever is required.
