AIM are excited to have the opportunity to expand our design team. We are a creative sport marketing and design agency based in Luzern, a picturesque city in betwen the lake and the mountains of Switzerland, and a short distance from the city of Zúrich. We are a fast growing with big ideas and big clients -we currently work in over 80 fútbol stadiums and arenas across the globe, providing fresh and innovative solutions to our fast growing list of blue-chip clients such as:
FC Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, UEFA, FIFA, adidas, Heineken, MasterCard and Audi to just name a few.

Our primary focus is content production for digital perimeter technology within sports marketing. We are looking for someone who fits in well with our friendly team, who is wildly creative and passionate about design and animation.

The key tasks of the position are:
In-house motion graphic design (2D 3D) for some of the worlds most recognizable brands.

Production of 3D elements within preferred 3D software
Compositing 3D animation within After Effects
2D animation and layout within After Effects
Preparing elements within Photoshop Illustrator
Design and creation of images used in presentations.

Required skills:
Expert knowledge of After Effects
An excellent animator
God texturing, lighting, rendering and animation skills within your preferred 3D software
Experience, preferably 1-2 years of working in an existing agency
God communication skills (fluency in written spoken English)
Skilled in development of ideas and concepts
Great communication, time management and self-motivation skills
A Ken eye for detail
Fits in comfortably with our existing team.

Bonus skills:
German lenguage skills
Photoshop - particularly cutting out and retouching
Basic video production skills including lighting, cameras and editing.

As an expert, you will have a tho rouge knowledge of Actionscipt 3.0 and will have real world experience develooping Flash sites, writing classes, building components, and creating re-usable code. You will be responsible for the performance and functionality of each Flash project and will participate in virtually every stage of development. This includes creating prototypes along with the designer as well as working alongside the server-side programmer to develop unique content management interfaz and structures. You will be working alongside a highly talented team of fútbol profesionals.

Expert knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 1.0 thru 3.0 and HTML5
2+ years experience develooping GUIs and other user-centric experiences
Experience working with XML
Experience with Flash remoting
Strong verbal and written communication
Passionate about interactive and where the web is heading
Ability to communicate complex visual and structural concepts
Ability to prioritize, manage workloads and met critical deadlines
Experience with Adobe CS.
