Renault decided that the sportiness of the new electric 5 would only exist under the Alpine A290 badge, leaving those who want a more muscular look without paying for 220 hp orphaned. Dutch company Re-Volve has taken note and is launching its Rallye package for the Renault 5 E-Tech. This kit is installed without touching the battery or motor, offering a more aggressive aesthetic and a revised dynamic for all entry-level versions.
How Re-Volve transforms the chassis without touching the battery 🚗
Re-Volve's Rallye package focuses on suspension and bodywork. It includes specific springs that lower the height by 30 mm and adjustable dampers for stiffness, improving cornering behavior without compromising daily comfort. The 17-inch wheels are fitted with wider tires, and the aesthetic kit adds wheel arch extensions, a rear spoiler, and a redesigned grille. All of this is homologated and compatible with the 150 hp motor or the 120 hp versions, without altering the management electronics.
Because not everyone wants an Alpine, but wants to look like one 😎
In the end, the Renault 5 customer wants to go fast, but also make ends meet. Re-Volve understands that you don't need to spend 40,000 euros to feel like a rally driver; a well-placed kit and a couple of stickers are enough. That said, if your neighbor thinks you've bought an Alpine, the problem will be having to explain that your car accelerates just like theirs, only with more style and less exhaust noise. The elegance of electric silence is well worth an aggressive body.
