EBRO has updated its best-selling model in Spain, the S400 hybrid. The new version incorporates a turbocharged engine that improves performance without losing the ECO label. It also features a new exterior design with a renewed grille, LED lights, and 17-inch wheels. The Spanish brand thus seeks to compete with Dacia and MG, relying on its good price-to-equipment ratio.
More power under the hood of the S400 HEV 🚗
The S400 retains its self-charging hybrid system (HEV), but now adds a turbo that raises the total power output of the setup. This modification not only improves acceleration response but also optimizes fuel consumption in the combined cycle. The thermal engine works together with the electric one to offer more efficient driving. EBRO has confirmed that official emission figures remain within the range necessary to retain the DGT's ECO label.

On the outside, the S400 debuts a vertical grille, 3D LED headlights, and matte gray details that make it look more serious. In other words, it has spruced itself up so it won't be mistaken for a Dacia in a parking lot. Of course, the roof bars are ideal for carrying a bike or, more likely, so the neighbors think you lead a more outdoor lifestyle than you actually do.
