A Little bit view but nice, y wish you show a larger interior view. I work with Archicad and i ned to know how do you scaled the Draw and with which option you export to 3ds Max, por favor.

I like your render, but you have to improve someting yet, take a look to the baseboard, y think is to simple. Details like this are so importants, take care with them, they gets reality to your picture.
