The Beast V1 tiene variaciones entre el salto de capa

Hola, soy serilane. Recientemente he comprado la impresora The Beast V1 y no tenían soporte para ella por que la descatalogaron, tuve que hacer el firmware por mi cuenta y por último un chico de estados unidos me pasó su firmware, pero sigo teniendo el mismo problema.

Y el problema es que, el home lo hace correcto y a la hora de imprimir todo bien, pero cuando se trata de realizar el salto entre capas, que lo tengo configurado a 0.20mm me lo realiza de 1,3mm o 1mm, va variando un poco. He probado de todo, cambiando los steps/mm, cambiando el voltaje del driver pero absolutamente nada varía.

He pensado que 1. puede ser por que la cama es un cristal de 60*60cm y pesa mucho y por tanto se debe separar uno de los tres motores del eje Z a otro driver, lo cual no sé cómo se configura a nivel de repetier y pins.h, por eso os pregunto, ¿cómo se haría?

Y 2. Por que el propio driver esté roto, opción que he descartado puesto que lo intercambie con los de X e Y, y me daban movimientos correctos con buenas dimensiones.

La placa base que usa es una rumba, adjunto la fotografía.

Os adjunto el codigo, estoy ya desesperado, harto de probar con repetier, y con marlin, y repetier es el que por lo menos me mueve, este firmware va bien por todo excepto por el maldito error de la z, sigue multiplicando las z por 15 o más y sigo sin poder regular los pasos por que da igual cuantas veces se las cambie en el firmware que se la suda del todo a la impresora por que en todos los ejes se sigue comportando exactamente igual, cero variación en las distancias.
