Texto de la oferta: As a Lead Game Designer you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that has been working for more than 12 years in the video game industry.

The candidate will bring knowledge, experience, design capabilities and enthusiasm to the team to help achieve the objectives of developing our next and ambitious project: an esports-related game in the management/tycoon/sim life side that will take our previous similar projects like Youtubers Life & Esports Life Tycoon to the next level.

Requisitos mínimos:
- At least 4 years of demonstrable experience on published titles.
- Experience working with both art and programming departments.
- Deep knowledge of game mechanics.
- Knowledge of Management / Tycoon / Sim games design.
- Organization and analytical capacity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude
- Passion for video games.
- Knowledge of analytics and KPIs.

Requisitos deseados:
- Experience with Unity or Unreal
- Knowledge of the esports world.
- Knowledge of multiplayer/online video game design.
- Passion for the gaming world, dynamism and enthusiasm while working. We like energetic and vocal people to speak out their ideas.
- English skills.

Responsabilidades:
- Leading a design team, developing game mechanics and working on ideas and features to elevate the game experience.
- Working closely with artists and programmers to create the best content for the game and delivering detailed features for its agile implementation.
- Creating attractive and fun designs.
- Creation, balancing and adjusting of game mechanics, levels, progression and UX/UI flow.
- Perform and analyse user tests and recommend design solutions.
- Being aware of the state of the video game and esports industry, trends and insights.
- Development of GDD documentation and tutorials.

We’re looking for a Marketing and Community management specialist to create & handle the mkt plan of launch a PC basketball game. Include social networks, customer care and marketing needs.

Requisitos mínimos:

Relevant education for this position: Degree or similar in Marketing or Digital Content Creation.
Must be passionate about video games and customer interaction.
High English level excellent writing ability.
Self-managed. Shows initiative.
Knowledge of digital content creation tools.
Able to communicate in Catalan, English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades:

Design a mkt master plan & calendar to launch
Creating and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage landing page
Manage storefront content (Steam & Mobile platform).

Customer care: monitor, follow and report online reviews and comments (Steam forums, discord,...).
Contact & manage basketball influencers (or sports/gaming influencers), specialized sports web
