Lead Artist.

Location: Berlin // Salary: Based on Experience.

A social e-gamming company based in Berlin is looking for a Lead Artist. This company is combining the popular casino classics with the best in modern slots and games technology and is part of one of the biggest European casino group. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast growing company that operates in a very dynamic and international environment, with no hierarchies where you can bring in own ideas in products.

Responsibilities as Lead Artist:
Develop new social casino games and online gambling games.

Improve the company creative process.
Develop, maintain and refine a visión for art direction.
Create art assets in the games.

Lead formal and informal review, providing efective feedback.
Lead commúnications related to art in the diferent departments.
Define visual and art standards.

Ensure creative material is consistent.
Establish a collaborative art culture within the company in order to maximize team potential and promote creative talent.
Guide and mentor the team of profesionals (hire, induct and manage).

Experience as Lead Artist:
Bachelor degre in Arts, Graphic Arts or related fields.

Solid experience in the entertainment (casino or game markets).
4+ years of experience in advanced leadership including commúnication and project management.

Fluent in English.

Great illustration skills (storyboard, finished product, concept).

Excellent experience using Photoshop, Flash, Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
Ability to provide cohesive feedbak in diferent áreas (from concept art, UI to animation).

Aptitudes and training in graphic design.
Ability to direct, mentor and enhance the eforts of a team.

Experience in art or design.

Experience managing múltiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Applied conceptual strategies and brainestorm facilitation.

Day to day shepherding of a project to completion and team collaboration with product managers and leads is required.

Considered as a plus:
God level of German.

Personal Profile:
Ability to work efectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to direct and multi-tasque efectively under pressure, balancing speed and quality of the work.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
