Victoria 3, developed by Paradox Interactive, requires a quad-core processor and 8 GB of RAM to run on low settings. Its Clausewitz engine manages complex economic and demographic simulations in real time. On the other hand, No More Room in Hell 2 uses Unreal Engine 5 and requires a modern graphics card like a GTX 1060 or higher. Both games have recent updates that optimize CPU usage in multiplayer matches.
