Nintendo has presented its results for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, closing with a net profit of 2.302 billion euros, 52% higher than the previous year. Net sales reached 12.525 billion, nearly doubling the previous figure. Operating profit grew by 27.5%, to 1.952 billion. The Americas lead with 5.071 billion in revenue, followed by Europe and Japan.
The technical engine behind Nintendo's growth 🚀
The sales increase is supported by a solid catalog and the optimization of internal processes. Hardware production has improved its efficiency, reducing bottlenecks in the supply chain. Additionally, the focus on high-margin first-party titles has helped sustain profitability. The expansion of digital services and the Nintendo Switch Online subscription have also contributed to the increase in recurring revenue, without relying on major software discounts.
The money-making machine doesn't understand crisis 💰
While the rest of the world looks at their wallets and sighs, Nintendo rubs its hands together with an extra 2.302 billion euros. The Americas, Europe, and Japan have opened their wallets as if there were no tomorrow. And all this without launching a new console, without announcements of the Switch successor, and without giving anything away. If this is a slow year, bring on more crises like this.
