Last night I slept like a log, but my watch gave me a 4 out of 10 for sleep quality. It woke me up with a vibration to remind me I hadn't reached my step goal. Now I worry more about my wrist's battery than my own. If this continues, I'll soon have to ask the smartwatch for permission to go to the bathroom. The next update will surely include a do not disturb mode for when you want to forget you are a set of data.
