The Jeep Avenger 2027 lands in Spain with a renewed range that includes a new 156 HP gasoline engine, design and technology improvements. This 4x4 SUV, the most affordable in the brand, has exceeded 270,000 orders since its launch and is being updated to remain a benchmark in the B-SUV segment. Deliveries will begin in September, with six trims available: Longitude, Altitude, Upland, 85th Anniversary, Summit and Overland.
More power and connectivity for the 2027 range 🚗
The big news under the hood is the 1.2 Turbo gasoline engine with 156 HP, replacing the previous 130 HP variant. This engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. On the technology front, the Avenger debuts an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, compatible with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Safety is reinforced with assists such as adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking, available on the higher trims.
The Avenger gets a boost (and gasoline) ⛽
Jeep has decided that its small model shouldn't rest on its laurels, although seeing the 270,000 accumulated orders, they could almost have left it as is and continued selling like hotcakes. But no, they preferred to add 26 extra horses and a larger screen so drivers can better see the scenery while cruising at 120 km/h. Oh, and six trims, because choosing between three was too easy. At least, with the Overland, you can feel like an explorer even if you're just going to the supermarket.
