The 4.3 update of Honkai: Star Rail, titled Lethe Under the Living, arrives on June 1st to close the Planarcadia arc. Trailblazer and Mortenax Blade face the swordsman's final destiny under the shadow of Asat Pramad, the Lord Ravager. The world's secret is revealed: it is the divine shell of Voracity, an ancient entity that devours everything. The narrative promises a direct and uncompromising conclusion.
Technical performance and optimization in the new divine shell zone 🎮
The divine shell zone introduces level design with organic geometry and high-density textures that simulate flesh and desire. On PC with an RTX 3060, the patch maintains a stable 60 fps at 1080p with DLSS in quality mode. On mobile devices, such as a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the frame rate drops to 45 fps in scenarios with multiple enemies and particle effects. HoYoverse has applied progressive asset loading to reduce load times, although RAM consumption on current-gen consoles reaches nearly 6 GB. The experience is stable but demands recent hardware.
Blade retires (or tries to) while Voracity orders delivery 😂
Blade has wanted to die for centuries, and now it turns out the place he fights in is literally a hungry cosmic shell. If the swordsman's final fate is to be devoured by an ancient entity, at least he'll have the perfect excuse to miss the next Astral Express meeting. Meanwhile, Asat Pramad seems like a boss with management issues: he doesn't know whether to devour heroes or complain about his subjects' service. Good thing the Trailblazer carries a bat and the will to fix the menu.
