Because in the field, a misidentification can turn your salad into a digestive experiment. The course promises to teach you how to differentiate species, but if you make a mistake, remember: dandelion doesn't taste the same as lettuce, even though it looks like a distant cousin. At least, if you plant a nettle by mistake, you'll have a natural neighbor repellent.
