Anthropic has introduced Claude for Small Business, a set of connectors and automated processes that integrate its artificial intelligence assistant into tools such as Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. It works through the Claude Cowork platform at no additional cost beyond the Claude subscription and the partner services already contracted.

The technical proposal relies on Claude Cowork, an integration layer that allows the model to access and execute direct actions on third-party APIs. This includes everything from creating invoices in QuickBooks to sending documents via Docusign, managing campaigns in HubSpot, and editing designs in Canva. Anthropic ensures that workflows are configured using predefined templates, reducing the need for manual programming.
Goodbye to blaming the intern for accounting errors 😅
Now, when a PayPal payment doesn't match the QuickBooks ledger, you can no longer blame the intern. Claude will have done it all: invoiced, sent the contract via Docusign, and even designed the Christmas logo in Canva.
