Netflix has announced that the fourth season of Lupin will arrive on October 23, 2026. Omar Sy reprises his role as the charismatic thief Assane Diop. The filming and practical effects behind Assane's escapes 🎬

For this season, the technical team has chosen to minimize the use of CGI in action sequences. The rooftop chases in Paris were filmed with stabilized cameras on cranes and lightweight drones. Stunt performers carried out most of the jumps, while the police station sets were built in a studio in Saint-Denis. The lighting seeks a contrast between the opulence of bourgeois interiors and the darkness of the alleys.
