The Zaragoza tram stopped being just a means of transport and became an improvised catwalk. Between the GranCasa and Parque Goya stops, five models surprised passengers by showcasing designs created by students from the Hacer Creativo school. The initiative, which combined fashion and urban mobility, turned an everyday journey into a fleeting spectacle that no one expected when boarding the carriage.
Logistics of a Catwalk on Rails 🚃
The production required coordinating tram schedules with express wardrobe changes. The models traveled between GranCasa and Parque Goya over several runs, using the 15-minute journey to showcase each design. The Hacer Creativo students worked with lightweight fabrics and modular structures, designed to facilitate movement in a confined space. The natural lighting of the carriage and the side windows served as a dynamic backdrop for the photographs.
Confused Passengers: Fashion or Mandatory Stop? 🤔
Regular travelers were astonished. Some thought it was a marketing campaign for a clothing store; others, that the heat was playing tricks on them. The funniest part was seeing a man try to give up his seat to a model who, with a voluminous dress, took up more space than two passengers combined. In the end, no one knew whether to get off at their stop or wait for the next designer to pass by.
