Bernat Fiol dominates in Mallorca and leads the Balearic Championship

Pilot Bernat Fiol took the victory in the second round of the Balearic Karting Championship, held at Circuit Mallorca with 31 participants. Fiol dominated both heats, surpassing Antoni Peñaranda and Jaime Nigorra, confirming that karting remains an accessible sporting leisure option for enthusiasts in the Balearic Islands.

Fine-tuning makes the difference at Circuit Mallorca 🏎️

Fiol's dominance was no coincidence. On a technical circuit like Mallorca, with tight corners and short straights, chassis setup and tire choice proved key. Fiol knew how to adapt his kart to the asphalt conditions, maintaining a consistent pace that his rivals could not match. Brake temperature management also played a significant role in maintaining traction through every turn.

For Peñaranda and Nigorra, the race was like going to dinner and only being served the appetizer. Fiol didn't leave even the crumbs. While they tried to figure out how to close the gap, the leader had already set course for the podium. Of course, there's always the consolation that, at least, the weather was good for grabbing a drink in the stands and watching the championship get more and more interesting.
