Main responsibilities of the position
The selected person will work twenty hours a week on-site, reporting directly to the department head. Their role will be key to supporting the full cycle of people management within the studio.
The core tasks include:- Support in the processes for hiring new talent, tracking applications, and conducting interviews.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Provide support in the team's continuous professional development.
- Administer vacations, absences, and coordinate with the payroll office.

Requirements and conditions offered
