The company Brahma, the artificial intelligence division of the DNEG Group, has announced the acquisition of Metaphysic, a company specialized in developing advanced tools for AI-powered content creation (AI). This operation aims to consolidate Brahma as a leader in audiovisual production through the use of generative technologies.
A Multi-Million Dollar Transaction with High Expectations
Following the acquisition, Brahma reaches a valuation of 1.43 billion dollars, positioning itself as one of the most influential companies in the technology and audiovisual industry. Furthermore, United Al Saqer Group (UASG), an Abu Dhabi-based investor, has made an additional investment of 25 million dollars, strengthening Brahma's capacity to expand its AI-based solutions.
