
ESMA, the school of artistic trades, has announced a collaboration with MBS School of Business to offer innovative training in production and management. This new training is aimed at the entertainment industry and will be launched in 2025 in Montpellier.
Objective of the training
The objective of this program is to train future producers and managers specialized in the fields of animation, film, visual effects, and video games. This collaboration aims to meet the growing need for qualified professionals to manage projects in the creative industry.
A practical and transversal approach
The training is characterized by its practical approach, with strong integration of ESMA's student projects. Students will learn to manage and produce from animation projects to video games, passing through film and visual effects. Learning will be complemented with direct practice on real projects.

An international program in English
The course will be taught entirely in English, facilitating the integration of students from all over the world. This international approach will help students adapt to the global reality of the market, where many projects are conducted in English.
Program details and structure
The program is divided into two years, starting with the fundamental aspects of production, project management, and marketing. The second part of the course will focus on practical implementation, with students working directly on ESMA projects as producers, handling budgets, financing, and development.
- Year 1: Management strategy, human resources, marketing, and production fundamentals.
- Year 2: Direct work on student projects, production management, development planning, and environmental aspects.
Financing and scholarship opportunities
The total cost of the training will be 26,800€. MBS School of Business will offer scholarships of up to 2000€ for students who demonstrate good performance in the admission tests.
