The J850 Core is a PolyJet designed for functional prototypes, omitting color to focus on mechanical properties. It offers rigid, flexible, transparent materials, and the durable ToughONE. Its large tray and high-speed modes enable rapid iterations. Additionally, GrabCAD software tools are updated to optimize workflows and file preparation, reducing wait times.
Medical silicone and magical powder: Stratasys' open buffet 🎉
If the J850 Core weren't enough, Stratasys has also launched a medical silicone for its Origin systems and a PA12 powder for SAF production. It seems the company wants you to print everything from an ear prosthesis to a clip for holding your charger cable. The only thing missing is adding a coffee dispenser for the technician while waiting for the parts to finish.
