Three Bees has confirmed that its narrative adventure Perfect Tides: Station to Station will land on Nintendo Switch on May 14. The title, already available on PC since January, follows Mara Whitefish, a young aspiring writer navigating between her literary ambitions and her desire to get into college. A coming-of-age story with emotional ups and downs.
Optimized controls for Nintendo's handheld 🎮
Three Bees founder Meredith Gran noted that they have worked with the studio Clickpulp to adapt the controls for the hybrid console. The goal was to ensure smooth navigation and precise interaction with the game's elements. Touch response times and button layout have been adjusted so that the experience in both handheld and docked mode does not suffer. An optimization effort aimed at avoiding player frustration.
Mara, the writer who doesn't know whether to write or survive ✍️
The protagonist wants to succeed in literature, but college life throws her curveballs: parties, complicated relationships, and existential crises. If only she could write a paragraph without a toxic crush ruining her day. If only exams were as easy to pass as this game's tutorials. Spoiler: they aren't, but at least the experience is entertaining.
