PanoCube v 0.0292 for Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP
-------------------------------------------------

PanoCube is small and quick conversion utility, allows you in one step ( just drag and drop ) create QuickTime cubic movies from equirectangular panoramas on Windows operating computers.
As input you can use TIFF, BMP ( dimentions must be divisible by 4 ) or JPEG equirectangular image.
If you have cylinder panorama - just add two black strips (above and below) to get 2:1 width:height ratio and then using the script limit min/max pitch.
Also SmothMove's ( iMove's) PAN files are supporting as input with preserving of all initial view information from this files.
As output you'll get QTVR cubic MOV files. Custom parameters ( window size, initial, max and min values for pan, tilt and zoom ) may be used. Generating of valid html code included as option and may be activated through the script.

To create your movie follow the next steps:

1. You need to have Panorama Tools v2.5+ (author Helmut Dersch, GNU-license) installed on your computer.
2. Extract PanoCUBE.exe in any folder on your HD.
3. Make a shortcut of PanoCube.exe on the desktop. Users of XP omit this step (7).
4. Drag PTStitcher.exe from explorer to PanoCube's shortcut or PanoCube.exe in other explorer window. Do it once to show where PTStitcher is.
5. Drag and drop your panorama onto PanoCube's shortcut or PanoCube.exe in other explorer window to get movie.
6. Without script default parameters are used. If you need to customize them use the script (see Script.txt for more details ). To be activated Script.txt file must be moved to the source images folder.
7. IMPORTANT!!! Paths to PTstitcher.exe, PanoCUBE.exe and your panorama images must be shorten than 255 letters and contain NO SPACES IN! Otherwise you can get an error. If you placed shortcut of PanoCube to the desktop on Windows XP - path to this shortcut will contains spaces and program will fails to start.
